The staff were nice but the building and rooms are not properly maintained and very smelly and dirty filled with stained sheets and holes. Not clean or comfortable at all.

We stayed for four nights. Housekeeping did not make up our beds nor always empty our garbage. Bedding was old and scratchy. Baseboards were dirty and perhaps had black mold. Room was old and entire motel needs to be renovated. neighborhood was noisy at night.

Great reception after a long day
Late check in due to a very long drive but the Reception staff was wonderful. Assisted us with changing our room so we could be on the ground floor as stairs and luggage are a challenge when you check in for a week!

Convenient to downtown but old and run down. The stairs were dodgy and the laundry, frankly scary. The staff worked very hard and the rooms were clean. The wifi worked. A bit sketchy, but the price reflected that compared to other accommodations in Whitehorse.

Twice is not a nice
Disappointed in my second stay here. Different room, dated, top outlets didn’t work, only noticed in the morning that the bed sheets looked burned and dirty. Lots of smoke drifting in from outside.

The area around the motel had a lot of traffic. Many run down buildings and wasn't very clean. Once inside the room is was very nice which is most important. The place was also very easy to find and parking right in front of my room.

The smoke detector was beeping, so the a new battery was brought up for me to replace, Beside table lamp was flickering so a new bulb was brought up and it work for a few minutes then was flickering again. We were tired to did not pursue it. Clearly the fixture is shorting out. The towels were stained and much more worn than what I would use on my car. Whitehorse is expensive. This place is appropriately priced for what you get. Check in and staff were fine.

Hotel rooms are poorly lit. The night I stayed, there were a lot of thefts from vehicles. No security. Bed frames were similar to fold out couches Not the best place If you stay there, bring everything into your room. It’ll vanish in the parking lot

Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to hear about the poor lighting in your room and the uncomfortable bed. We found that one of the light bulbs had out, so we replace it and we have replace the uncomfortable bed with a different one.No matter where you go, it is dangerous to leave your belongings outside without taking them inside especially at night. Even though we have cameras around in our building, there is always a risk, but unfortunately the risk is your own.Once again, thank you for your review and stayed with us, we hope to do better in the future.

Would recommend this motel for the budget price, excellent location, and friendly staff. The room was clean and the location was quiet. Easy walking distance to attractions, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Recommend for solo travellers. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed.
