"Wasn’t told when booking that you have to pre book the pool for 30 minute slots. Was fully booked up. No flexibility. Spa weekend ruined.

"This was my second time staying at this hotel. The last time was in 2021. To be honest, everything in our room was worn stained and falling apart in places, the phone didn’t work, the heat and air-conditioning didn’t work We put a hanger on our door to order breakfast and it was collected but didn’t arrive. When I went to check out the employee told me they had no record of me checking in…the woman beside her who had checked me in the day before told her colleague she had checked me in.

"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "
