"Everything about this hotel is exceptional! We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived with the lovely front desk staff searching for the best room with a view for us to the complimentary bottle of Sangiovese that arrived minutes after we had settled in. We had an amazing room overlooking the gardens with a view of the London eye. Complimentary mini bar and a super comfortable bed meant our four day stay in London was perfect! You cannot fault the staff here for their hospitality...

"Pros: Hotel was situated in an area which felt safe and was surprisingly quiet. Our room was clean and had convenient shelving which we used to keep our luggage organized. The bathroom was well lit and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very easy walking to a Tesco express, Starbucks, Chipotle, Goodge Street station and bus stops. And while the major attractions aren’t super close, they are walkable if necessary (we ended up walking back to the hotel from Westminster...

"All the staff are amazing. They make you feel very welcome, are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I really can't praise them enough! The room was small but very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. The air con was a massive bonus as it was very hot during our stay, but our room was lovely and cool so we got a great nights sleep each night. " Excellent international breakfast and a good restaurant. Conveniently located within walking distance of numerous theaters and museums. The hotel is modern, featuring comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. I slept well with no noise disturbances at all. The staff were very attentive and accommodating to our requests. "A great hotel- in a perfect location. We had 2 tube stations nearby and were able to get almost anywhere in London from there. The hotel is next door to the charterhouse and across form a park- so it is really wonderful and quiet at night. the room was great, clean and all the features you could need. Would recommend and stay there again."

"Everything was perfect for our 5-nights stay! The room had everything we needed. The room is not big but the design and smart layout and features more than make up for it. The bath, the shower and the kitchenette were awesome. We would like to thank all the staff especially Justine who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would stay there again! East End rocks, it is a perfect location to explore all of London from!"
