La habitación de 10, grande y limpia al igual que el baño, la cama bastante cómoda para descansar. Sin duda regresaría a este hotel que tiene excelente ubicación para salir y disfrutar de Chicago."

"My problem with most hotels is that they put throws and decorative pillows on beds. These are things that are never washed and incredibly gross. The second issue is they usually have a flat sheet, some kind of comforter and then a top. The comforter is also rarely washed and unfortunately exposed so there’s often hair and gross stuff in there. L7 is INCREDIBLY CLEAN. Their bedding is simple cotton white sheets and nothing else. That’s bold and speaks to their confidence. The linen is so comfy...

"Good customer service and the food in the lobby restaurants was so good! Also the service at that restaurant is amazing I believe her name was Stephanie, she went out of her way to find me caffeine free Diet Coke. Also, we forgot to tell them that we don’t eat bacon after the hamburger came. They happily to get back and started another hamburger to make sure there’s no bacon residue in it."

"Great location to take in the sites of Chicago! Bar staff were great! Confusion around getting my room cleaned and when the “do not disturb” sign was or wasn’t on the door preventing cleaning. But if they ever get that sorted out, they’ll be great!"

"Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at. They were so nice, accommodating the room was amazing, fridge and freezer, had dishes and silverware, and a mini cooktop and dishwasher. Breakfast was fantastic! Something different every day we were there (6 days) including fruit and hot items plus the view was beautiful.
