"The villa itself is stunning, lovely pool area and grounds and staff really great, friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark. We had booked it as it came with a kitchen and perhaps an oversight on our part but there was no oven, the fridge was tiny and a real lack of cooking utensils, it was very basic and meant we did not really cook while staying despite having wanted to. Overall it was okay but if I was to...

"We were made to feel so welcome by the lovely family that runs this B&B. The room we stayed in is large, comfortable and separate from the main residence. The breakfast was brilliant and an event in itself! There is plenty of parking if needed and a large garden to sit out in. Set in a quiet residential area it is a 10 minute walk to the edge of the historic centre. Highly recommended."

"The villa it’s a beautiful place in Toscana to stay and relax , the pool is the best feature of the hotel. In the lobby the is a bar where you can order apperitivo, and the restaurant face a the beautiful garden. Food was excellent but pricey."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e siamo rimasti pienamente entusiasti. La struttura è eccellente, pulitissima e dotata di ottimi servizi che rendono il soggiorno super confortevole. A fare la differenza sono state le proprietarie: due persone di una gentilezza d'altri tempi, incredibilmente accoglienti e davvero disponibili ad andare incontro a ogni nostra minima esigenza con il sorriso. Un'attenzione verso l'ospite che si trova raramente. Consigliatissimo!"

"First trip to Italy...location of the hotel was perfect. Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted."

"This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round."
