"Prachtige B&B, gevestigd in een pand uit circa 1920. Mooie mozaïekvloeren, kamer is smaakvol ingericht met airco. Wij hadden een balkon en kregen iedere dag hier ons ontbijt geserveerd. Monica is de drijvende kracht en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel loopt. Ontbijt is heerlijk. Locatie is perfect, op loopstand van het centrum van Lucca. Inchecken gaat soepel! Topplek!"

"Praktisk for de som kommer med egen bil eller tog. Hotellet ligger rett utenfor muren i Lucca så en slipper kaoskjøring innafor muren. Parkering utenfor hotellet veldig hyggelig betjening som snakker godt engelsk. Her reiser vi gjerne igjen!"

"B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse."

"De ligging is perfect!! Je loopt binnen 8 tot 10 minuten van het station naar de B&B. Let op de je met bagage ook onderdoor kan zodat je niet alle trappen op hoeft. Deze bevindt zich na het oversteken van de weg aan de rechterkant( station aan de achterkant van je rug). Receptioniste was super vriendelijk,kamer&badkamer schoon. Je krijgt de voordeur sleutel én een sleutel voor je kamer. De muur is 5km. Deze kan je rondwandelen alsof je in een park loopt. Heerlijk om te zitten en n boek te lezen...

"Roberta was an awesome host. Let us check in early which was helpful. Room was nice, super clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was a queen size and comfortable. Served a nice simple Italian breakfast with espresso and fruit drinks. I was originally concerned because descriptions stated on-site parking which does not exist but across the street in a field and down the street at the local church was plentiful parking and had no issues. Nice place to stay at an affordable rate."

"Gute Lage zur Stadtmauer/Innenstadt, kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden, schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen, um z.B. Pisa zu fahren und sich dort due Parkplatz-Suche zu ersparen (1 Station vor Pisa Centrale aussteigen, dann sind es nur 5-8 Minuten zum Schuefeb Turm/Dom)."

"About half mile from the train station and adjacent to entrance to walled city, Lucca in Villa was VERY convenient for dining, trains to Florence and Cinque Terre, laundry, shopping, and just strolling. We used it as a base for 5 nights and it was a respite each day after sizable crowds in Florence, Cinque Terre and Pisa. Lucca has an undeniable charm that is hard to beat and the staff at this hotel are friendly and hospitable. And yes, it really is a villa."

"We reserved a room that was on the second floor (in other words, the 3rd floor). We were hoping for a ground floor, but we were advised that was not available. However, we were moved to anothe location, with minimum stairs. We were very grateful!"
