"Sammanfattningsvis en av de bästa upplevelserna för avkoppling. Så fint att se miljön kring detta hotell med fina utsikten över Toscana. Älskade det stora rummet och älskade maten (vi åt 4 rätters middag 3 gånger på hotellet) och fick lokalt producerade varor. Älskade att maten baserades på grönsaker som de själva hade i trädgården. Älskade möjligheten att kunna beställa dricka/snacks med mobilen."

"Helt supert sted for fred og ro. Lett å kjøre til Firenze, Lucca og Pisa på dagsturer. Fine turløyper i nærheten. Nydelig frokost hvor du kan krysse av for alt du ønsker. Kjempeflott rom med fantastisk utsikt, altan, solsenger mm Hyggelig personale. Anbefales! Eneste stressfaktoren var at d var vanskelig å parkere når d var mange biler der."

"Our room was really spacious, with air con, which we appreciated in the very hot weather. It was great to have free parking right outside the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and speak great English and service was of a really high standard. Dinner was really delicious with a welcome prosecco and amuse bouche and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace overlooking the river. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Dipinto. Excellent location, access to their parking garage (and staff parks and retrieves your car!). Our room was very clean, well appointed, and had an interesting upstairs loft-like attic space with a TV and sofa. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby area is very nice and breakfast was great. Lucca is a wonderful town to visit and I feel Palazzo Dipinto enhanced the experience. "

"B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse."

"Good choice at breakfast. Only downside, was no tea or coffee facilities in room. That is the only negative."

"The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and convenient to the town of Lucca. The staff was very personable and helped with any request or question we had. Bicycles were available for guests which my wife and I took advantage of riding the wall around the town. The breakfast choices were excellent and staffed with very friendly people."
