"We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. We arrived around 1 AM, and although I don’t remember the name of the person who checked us in, he was very polite and welcoming. I would also like to specially thank the security staff member, Mohammad Sharif, who kindly escorted us from reception to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If we visit Italy again, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel."

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

"We stayed for 2 nights, and were very well treated by the staff at reception, in the bar, and restaurant. The hotel is a nice walk to St Peter’s and would certainly be our go to hotel if we visit Rome in the future. Special mention to Valentina at reception who settled us down on arrival after a very difficult two days previous to check in"

"The breakfast buffett's bacon was not good. Overall, it was okay. The restaurant's main menu is not offered 7 days a week. They over pizza only on the weekend. The weekday menu looks great. The A/C only worked at night, not during the heat of they to save energy. I'm glad we were there in April and not July or August. Would stay here again despite the things we listed."

"Good location and modern facilities. Reception staff is very cold though. Breakfast options are not many. Bathroom is very good with nice shower. "

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"We really enjoyed the breakfast. For no reason we would have missed it even if we slept too late. The breakfast was so delicious, rich and prepared with care. We didn't have enough time to use the spa and other amenities. "

"Clean room and good breakfast. Location being 5 minutes walk from the Vatican is the best. Front desk staff that checked us in was very nice but other than that the night shift front desk were snobbish, like they don’t want to be bothered with. A little disappointing. "
