Great service and accommodations

The hotel room was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable accommodation! Alberto was very very helpful to me in getting buses to and from my destinations! The location is great for the bus stop it's 10 feet from the door! It is about 15 minutes to the Mestre train station by bus and about five minutes by taxi.I am happy I am going to return in a week to stay with them again!

There are many hotels in the EU, but the shower room is slippery, so be careful. It was a short motorbike ride to Venice, and it was nice to be able to park in the free parking lot and explore on foot. It was enough even if we did not go out of our way to stay in a hotel on the main island.

Nice hotel in quiet place well connected by bus15 and tram 1 from mestre and easy to go to venice aswell. The family room for 4 has design fault the half partition between rooms blocking the air conditioning- spoke to Alberto who was very kind & helpfull and sorted a fan which sorted the issue-- otherwise would have been 5star for comfort aswell.

Hotel was new, nice and clean but the walls were thin as paper. I could hear every discussion the neighbours had. Also, the pipes had a kind of a whistle- sound, when somebody showered, also when a neighbour showered.

Convenience at its best

Amazing location as Tram station for Venice centre is just 5 minutes away (€1.5) each way. You can buy tickets from the hotel reception. Main line train station Maestre is around 5 minutes by taxi, from where you can catch trains for all over Italy. Over service is very good. Breakfast is ok ok, nothing exciting. Only problem I had was with the hotel WiFi, it’s very poor if you have the corner rooms. So check out on this while booking. Staff are very good and helpful.

Run down, but good value for money.

I'm not picky, but there was a slight odor of sewage in my room. Also - housekeeping entered my room in the morning at 9am, even though I had the 'Do not disturb' sign up. Doorkey failed to work twice. Personnel was very friendly and helpful, though.
