Fantastic location, very quiet, yet close to all the main tourist points. Hotel staff were very friendly, attentive to needs, and offered helpful advice. Paolo was an absolute star. Will recommend to our friends and family. Also appreciated having breakfast offered.

The localisation is very good : 5min from St Marc Place. The personnel is very kind. But no view from the windows, a very small TV, very small bathroom and very smal shower. The breakfast included is a good asset 👍

Nice stay, excellent service

Overall it was a great stay - service was excellent and staff very helpful. Guests should make sure to confirm their time of arrival as seems like owner has 2 hotels and sometimes only one staff person is available to manage check-ins for both locations, and there is no one available to open the door. Other than that, great hotel with good location. Free breakfast is a huge plus.

The staff were wonderful and provided very helpful information. The wifi was strong, but not available in our actual room (not an issue for us as we could use it in the common areas). Great location on a small not-too-much-traffic canal (we did see 1 gondola go by though!) near San Marco, but not so close as to be on the crowded pathways. Highly recommend!

Gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are definitely dated, bed was uncomfortable and bathrooms (single room) were very tiny, I could barely move after I got out the shower. My room has a really nice patio that overlooked the canal which was very nice. Very good location.

The bathroom so small. The shower was tiny. I am a small person and I couldn't move in it to wash my hair. The breakfast room was so small and not much to choose from. Tables crammed in and no one could move. There are very steep steps to rooms. Both male staff watched us struggle up and down the stairs with luggage. No help at all.

Property was okay, we stayed in junior suite it was a good size. We would say we did enjoy how close the property was to everything 3 minutes your at St Marks square which was the best thing. The breakfast was also very nice to start our day with and the lady taking care of it was very pleasant. Our room was over looking the canal also another positive thing. A few things to mention bed not comfortable at all, armoire hangers similar to what you would have at home all mixed match, TV in room very small and their cable was all very intermittent could not watch at night to wind down after a long day exploring Venice. Bathroom was soooo tiny and shower too. Would have been nice to have a place to put shampoo and soap in shower as no place to put it on a shelf or ledge also need to fix ceiling in bathroom it has peeling plaster due to not being able to vent the steam. One last thing when we got there the man at the desk was very unpleasant, he did not welcome us and it did seem a burden to bother him, Paolo is not very personable. The other staff on other days they were very nice and greeted us on entry and exit each time.

Hotellet midt i Venedig

Super centralt med udsigt til kanalen. Et dejligt stort værelse med 3 gode sengepladser også den 3., som var en rigtig seng. Toilet og bad på den lille side, men der var det, der skulle være. Valuta for pengene og kan klart anbefales med 3 min. fra Markuspladsen.

Det var prisvärt med tanke på hur populär staden är och vad man fick för pengarna. Det fanns bra luftkonditionering vilket var väldigt viktigt då det var varmt under vistelsen. Helt okej frukost och välstädat när vi kom dit.

Very nice hotel

This was a very nice, clean hotel. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast buffet was a really nice addition. The only downside was the very tiny shower. There was nowhere to put your soap or shampoo and if you dropped them, there is no space to pick them up - not even space to lift and wash your feet.

A hidden gem

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is ideally located for St Marks and Rialto. The only criticism is that the bathroom in our room, the large blue room, was tiny: avoid it if you can’t get into a cramped space. Otherwise, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
