This was easily the nicest accommodations any of us have had the pleasure of having in Europe. We don’t stay in the Four Seasons but we aren’t budget travelers either and this was the perfect in between. HUGE 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with kitchen, it was a luxuriously large stay for our family of 4. Staff responded immediately and attentively and we absolutely loved it.

The place was spotless, well equipment and very comfortable. Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My mum had difficulties to go all the way up the stairs to the second floor where our apartment was located and they changed us to the first floor as soon as they could.

We stayed on the top floor unit with the terrace. The apartment was fantastic, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave and a coffee maker/supplies. The rooms are spacious with attached restrooms and the terrace was a great bonus. Only caution is that there is no elevator and climbing three floors may be challenging for anyone who is physically impaired. The location is even better, Fenice theatre is across from the building, quick walk to San Mark's and Doge palace, shopping and restaurants. Very safe at any time of the day. Staff at the central office were fabulous, very responsive and informative. They also arranged the water taxi back and forth from the airport to private dock near the apartment.

Great location and nice to only have to go up one flight of stairs. Super clean. Two bedrooms and extra bed/couch was made up and ready to go upon our arrival. Fridge and sink was helpful. Windows look out into square above ristorante. AC was a huge help as it’s so hot in late June. Communication with host solid. No issues.

Great location and really well finished property. Arrived late on the first day and the beds hadn’t been set up correctly so had to Do that ourselves however the staff fixed it the next day. Late checklout options limited.
