This was a great value close to Venice. The outdoor garden area was nice. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom that had good water pressure. The air conditioning could have been a little colder, but we were there in the heat of summer. It worked sufficiently to allow us to get a good night’s sleep. The bus stop to Venice is close by.

This hotel has serious hygiene issue. We paid for 2 nights and when we checked in at night, we found hundreds of ants crawling on the windows and tens of bugs crawling and flying all over the bed, ceiling, wall and floor. I do appreciate the fact that the staff cleaned the room again and applied pest control at 11pm at night as a remedy. However, the proper cleaning and any pest control should have been done prior to our arrival, not when we found out the issue. We had to sleep that night with the remaining bug spray smell and dead insect bodies in the room. It’s too late at night and we couldn’t find another hotel. I couldn’t even know how much toxic gas and VOC that I had breathed in. Besides the insect issue, the cleanliness in general is also a concern. See pictures attached. We had to check out the room immediately the next day morning. THE HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND for the 2nd night that we didn’t even stay. So basically we paid for their fault and the hotel just doesn’t care. It’s a sketchy area too. It’s about 15 mins walk from the train station with the big luggages. I recommend to choose something closer to the Mestre train station than this Antica Villa hotel. It claims to be “2 star” hotel but definitely below “1 star” as per East Asian standards or North American standards. So watch out for the hotel star rating if you are travelling from North America or Asia.

Modest and well located. Very nice staff!

I had a good stay at this strategically located hotel. Just 15 minutes walking distance from Mestre train station, in a quiet street. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. All in all, very good value!

When I booked a room for 3 people(me and my husband ＋my father) it said “3 Twin Beds OR 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed” and I requested “3 Twin Beds”AND THEY CONFIRMED. But it was 1 Double bed 1 extra bed that my 90 years old father needed to sleep on the small extra bed… At the site, I claimed ‘You’ve confirmed “3 twin beds”! But they said we don’t have rooms other than that. I asked ‘ Why did you put “3 Twin Beds OR 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed” in the first place, then?!’ the clerk in the morning said ‘ I don’t know. I’m just working here, This is not my hotel.’ There are no manager at the hotel.

チェックイン前にスーツケースを預かってくれた。 私の拙い英語でも理解してくれようとしてくれて、易しい単語で説明してくれた。 朝食は手軽で美味しいものが多く、ちょうど良かった。 2026年2月現在、venice mestre駅に着いたら、ホームから階段で降りて、出口を案内する看板の反対方面に歩くと、ホテル方面の出口があります。(工事中のようだったので、ホテル方面の出口には案内がなかったのかもしれません。

Gran opcion si buscas movilidad al centro de Venezia. Tienes a unos 200mts la linea 6 y 6L que te llevan al centro y solo cuesta 1,50. Llegamos 4 horas antes del check in y pudimos dejar las valijas sin problemas y quedarnos en el jardin tomando algo hasta que la habitacion estuvo lista. El personal fue muy amable.

Ein gutes Hotel um Venedig zu erkunden.

Alles bestens. Zimmer war gut. Service freundlich und Frühstück vernünftig. Dazu die Möglichkeit zu parken und nur ein guter Kilometer zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Mestre.

La villa esteticamente si presenta bene con un piccolo giardino... Purtroppo la stanza era datata piena di formiche sul pavimento e muffa ,muro disincrostato con muffa Colazione appena sufficiente yogurt qualche dolcetto e 2 salumi di numero La gestione è straniera, loro sono gentili e disponibili ma purtroppo peccano di ordine e pulizia

Buon punto di appoggio per Venezia

Punti positivi: Hotel piccolo molto pulito, camera ristrutturata da poco (bagno nuovo), buona colazione, personale gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio nell'hotel e gratuito nelle vicinanze. Zona molto tranquilla e sicura la sera, comoda con il pullman per Venezia (linee 6 e 6L a 5min a piedi) e per la stazione FS (a 10min a piedi). Vicino a supermarket e a buoni ristoranti (a pochi minuti a piedi). Punti negativi: i letti a castello della nostra camera (da 4) cigolavano terribilmente durante la notte. Area colazione un pò congestionata. Non sono stati cambiati due asciugamani e non sono stati lasciati i campioncini di sapone il secondo giorno (cosa comunque risolta chiedendo alla reception).
