"Internal repairs on our floor, tools left it, drilling until 8pm. Really hit in the room, air conditioning didn’t work and you couldn’t open the window as the bunk bed blocked it. Annoying noise like a toilet flushing every 10 minutes the entire night. Very bad sleep."

"We selected this hotel due to proximity to Disneyland but were really delighted by the experience. From the moment of check-in to last moment of check-out, the experience was really positive. Our room/bathroom were surprisingly large and well appointed. The included breakfast was AMAZING. A large selection of hot, cold and baked items. We especially loved the fresh squeezed orange juice (really cool machine that freshly squeezed each glass...) and croissants (yum!). The train station is literally across the street, and it is only one stop to Disneyland. And the hotel also has a free shuttle (but it does make stops at other area hotels...). We chose to take the train as it was easy and frequent. We highly recommend staying here! I would note that there are A LOT of families/young children (not surprisingly...) so if you're looking for a quiet/romantic hotel, this isn't the one..."

"The location of this property is perfect, very hard to beat unless you're staying in a Disney hotel. You are around a 15-20 minute walk away from Disneyland park and a 10-15 minute walk from the shopping centre. The hotel operates a free shuttle to the park, we were told, if you don't fancy the short walk, but we ended up walking everywhere since it was a very lovely sunny weekend. The room was clean and had what you needed for your stay. The only issue is that the rooms are not soundproof, so you might hear other guests if they are being loud, which is the only downside to this property, but a simple gesture for them to turn the noise down should work :). But the location more than makes up for it. Other than that, it was a great stay for the time we were in the room, which wasn't a lot of time. Would recommend for anyone who is thinking about staying near Val d'Europe or going to Disneyland. "

"Great for any stay. Friendly Staff and helped when needed. Place is clean and safe. The Appartment has fully loaded, towels, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, hairdryer, hot-water boiler, kitchenware, fridge and stove. Has extra blankets. Rooms are cosy and the quilts are warm enough. If you have a couch-bed like we had for 4 persons, it stretches out to a fully grown double-bed. Breakfast is a fully continental. Recommended for close by stay for Disney, only 1 train-stop away (5 min.)."

"Hotel staff were so lovely I arrived 1 hour early for check in was allowed to use toilet facilities and then was checked into my room early which was helpful I was travelling with a 9 month old and 5 year old, I was allowed to use hot water facilities for my babies bottle although it would have been better suited if there was a kettle in the room. It’s very family friendly with toys in the lobby for children. We had breakfast there was a range of items and the staff was very friendly. We found it was super clean and room was well maintained throughout. The walls are bit thin and it is a basic room but overall great stay. Very close to RER and it’s super easy to use to Disney just 2 stops 6 minutes and supermarket just up the road"
