"The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. Would recommend!!"

"The exterior design of the hotel doesn't look great; it resembles a budget hotel, with the building and the hotel name in red. However, the interior design is nice. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but at that price, breakfast could be included or a coffee machine provided in the room. The staff seemed confused because too much is going on in one place; the reception and bar are combined. I think the hotel is too expensive for the minimal service provided. There is no water in the room...

"Great to have an option of a large room the whole family can stay in. Nice place, lovely little park, football pitches and tennis courts a 5 min walk away in the Village. "Günstig gelegen für einen Besuch in Disneyland, kostenloser Shuttle zu Disneyland. Außenbereich schön für Kinder, mit einer kleinen Farm. Allerdings gibt es keine Möglichkeit, sich irgendwo gemütlich zusammen zu setzen. Eine Terrasse ist vorhanden, aber da durfte man sich nicht hinsetzen. Frühstück ist OK, aber nicht überragend und hat Kantinenflair. Wenn man nicht zusammen zum Frühstück kommt, muss man warten bis alle da sind damit man einen entsprechenden Tisch bekommt."
