Arrived at 2pm for check-in and was told our rooms weren't ready. Reception tried calling housekeeping and claimed they were unavailable, despite the entire team being visibly gathered in the bar area a short distance away celebrating a birthday. Not a great look when guests are waiting during the check-in period. 10 minutes later both rooms were suddenly ready. Unfortunately, the problems continued. We booked two rooms and neither had working air conditioning despite outside temperatures reaching 32°C. The rooms were around 26°C, humid and uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. When I raised this with reception at 2am, they seemed surprised despite multiple recent reviews mentioning the same issue. After a poor night's sleep, we were moved to different rooms the next morning where the air conditioning worked, although it still wasn't particularly cold. I was offered complimentary breakfast as compensation, but this hardly made up for paying for rooms that lacked a basic advertised amenity. The rooms appear recently renovated but are very small, poorly lit and have a noticeable musty smell. Overall, the hotel feels much closer to a budget motel than a 3-star property. Breakfast at around €16 per person is poor value. Coffee comes from a syrup-based machine, the hot food selection is limited and appeared to have been sitting out for some time, and there are only a few pastries, cold meats and yoghurts available. You're far better off finding a local café.

Recommended!

Perfect for a short stay. We stayed at the hotel to visit Disneyland. Rooms are rudimentary, but very clean and basically all you need is available. 15min walk to the RER station or 10min to a supermarket. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Would recommend!

Awful room and awful staff.

Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all.

Will not recommend but may be ok for Disneyland

At check in they struggled to find our booking. Not sure if this was hotels.com issue or their issue. No apology was given for the hassle at checkin considering it was already 10:30 pm. The room is quite small for the price. The bed was big enough though and the bathroom was good size. The bed linen was not washed properly with lots of stains on the duvet cover which put us off. The breakfast had very limited choice and no hit food. Although on the third day we did get some scrambled eggs we didn’t have those on the first 2 days. The staff didn’t seem friendly or courteous- may be they are not used to families staying there. Seems to be more of a corporate stay hotel. The hotel is close to the station but seems to be nothing around it much. The appearance of the hotel is also not that good.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – klare Empfehlung! Das Hotel bietet ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Bilder entsprechen genau dem, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der äußere Eindruck des Hotels und die unmittelbare Umgebung sind vielleicht nicht die schönsten, allerdings sollte man hier auch den Preis berücksichtigen. Für das, was man bezahlt, bekommt man aus meiner Sicht wirklich viel geboten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das bequeme Bett, das saubere und moderne Badezimmer sowie der unkomplizierte Check-in, der sowohl online als auch am Automaten schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Natürlich darf man in dieser Preiskategorie kein Luxushotel erwarten. Vergleicht man das Hotel jedoch mit anderen bekannten Hotelketten im ähnlichen Preissegment, ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer meiner Meinung nach sogar überdurchschnittlich gut. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten sind positiv zu erwähnen: Mit 10 € sind die Parkgebühren absolut fair und die Bezahlung funktioniert bequem und schnell online. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das große Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber, das zahlreiche Geschäfte und verschiedene Restaurants bietet. Gerade für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das wirklich praktisch. Für einen Besuch im Disneyland Paris ist das Hotel ebenfalls hervorragend geeignet. Die Fahrzeit beträgt lediglich etwa 15 Minuten.

Das Zimmer war Sauber, das Bett gemütlich, die Dusch-Badewanne ist etwas eng. Für einen Aufenthalt für ein bis zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend, wenn man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.
