"We had a short stay in Florence and this was a perfect location of us. The biggest 5 star rating was the helpfulness of the owners in retrieving a passport that we left in Rome. We were frantic when we realized we have left the passport in an Airbnb in Rome, and they went out of their way to help us have it retrieving and brought back to Florence. I cant say how much we appreciate it. FANTASTIC service!!!"

"This was a wonderful small intimate hotel. We received a lovely warm welcome. The location is superb only 3 minutes from the leaning tower and also a beautiful square. The hotel kindly offered us breakfast to take away which was delicious fresh coffee and divine croissants. Our room was large and luxurious. I would definitely make this my hotel of choice when visiting Pisa. Superb. "

Tyst och lungt. Kommunikation och information fungerar smidigt via Whatsup. Vi kom sent runt midnatt och lämnade tidigt, fick hjälp att boka taxi till flygplatsen. "The room was absolutely charming and roomy with stunning views. Our room was on the 5th floor and there is no elevator so we got our exercise! It’s in the historic City center and the location was wonderful. We could walk to everything and the medieval town is just lovely and filled with interesting sites, views, wine cellars, and nice restaurants. "It was about a 20 to 30 minute walk to Old City Wall. Much longer to walk back as it is uphill. A taxi back was approximately 30 euros. Our room was small but clean. The Manager was helpful for directions etc. "
