"Check-in was super easy, friendly and informative. Free coffee/cappuccino, happy hour every night with free drinks - wine, beer, water-and food- little pizzas, chips, cheese and meats. Free breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable and adequate. Shower was ok( door a little loose and shower floor a little slippery. Great location. "Alex was on reception when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the included breakfast was fine. We booked the hotel on the run as we arrived in florence early due to the impending transport strike. Perfect for our needs."

"I have stayed here several times and I always enjoy it. IT is now under new ownership since my last stay, but all staff very nice and accomodating. Parking situtation was difficult due to multiple construction sites around the hotel. I did not know the car would be off site, but they sent a valet to come and get it, so it worked out."
