"The noise from the street and other parts of the hotel echoed all night. It was way too noisy to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, and the staff were very good. There’s nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but I’d try not to stay there in a room with windows on the main drag."

"Breakfast was great, many choices from eggs to cheese to cereals and yogurts and breakfast pastries & at 12€ also great value. The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants. Wifi is very good and easy to connect to, beds are comfortable with really nice bed linens. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. Checkout is 11 AM, but our train wasn't until 4PM. After walking to 2 museums and having lunch at a local restaurant , we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and were welcome to wait either in the lounge off the lobby or on the Terrace. An excellent hotel for the price."

"The room was super cute and a great deal, but the neat part was the staff at the attached wine bar where you check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful and even assisted us with finding parking and getting us cleared for pulling up to drop our luggage even though we went into a restricted area by accident! Arezzo is a wonderful town and the people are fantastic. There is an amazing restaurant in the piazza right across from the hotel, too. "

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."

"Well, having travelled extensively for the past 13 years, this Hotel must be the coldest I have ever stayed in. It was December, but there was no heating on in the lobby area or the dining area so everyone had to wear coats or thick jumpers while eating their meals. The showers were not particularly hot either. The room temperature could only go up to 19 Degrees so by the time I left it finally felt warm enough. Don't think I will stay here again... Not in the winter anyhow.."
