"The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. However, the service did not quite meet our expectations. When we arrived, our room was missing some basic amenities, and it took multiple calls to have the issue addressed. While the staff eventually resolved the situation and made an effort to compensate for the inconvenience by gifting us a bottle of wine, it would have been preferable if everything had been prepared properly from the start. Other than that staff was friendly and the location was great!"
"We loved the old building and personal touch by providing us with robes and slippers. Morning coffee and breakfast buffet were a great way to start our day exploring the city!"
