"Overall, this hotel was excellent. The room was unique and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the rooftop, a special amenity. Unfortunately, responsiveness from the staff was not quite as strong. We called both prior and after our stay to address some questions, and were told to email to receive a very fast reply. "it is literally a 10 minute walk from the airport, is the best way to get there, bartender was very kind, we ask for something to eat and offer two excellent options we get here around 22:45 and still people in the lobby having a drink and chillin the room clean nice and perfect for a night stay they have water machine at the entrance and in general it is a self checkin they send you a psswrd and you get in to the hotel the elev your room etc easy interactions definitely I will come back :)"

"Alex was on reception when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the included breakfast was fine. We booked the hotel on the run as we arrived in florence early due to the impending transport strike. Perfect for our needs."

"駅近く、スーツケースでも歩ける便利で、治安も良い場所。朝食時間をもっと早くしてほしい。部屋のテーブルやゆかが埃っぽく、掃除をもう少し丁寧にしてほしい、電球が切れているなどもフロントにいえばすぐ対応してくれるが、言わないとチェックが甘いのはイタリアだから？全体にはアクセスが便利で静かなホテルなので次回も利用したい"
