"Great location basic but clean. Rooms are small and many have no window. Never the less we have stayed twice and would stay again it’s a nice quirky place to stay in a great location"

"Really great affordable hotel bang in the middle of soho! Super easy to walk to soho, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly, theatre district, Covent Garden, Leicester Square in 5/6 mins. Food market round the corner and amazing shops. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean, but very very tiny so if you are a couple, be prepared to dance around each other getting ready but overall, it served us very well for the night we were in London. Also so amazing you have the option to leave your luggage after checkout free of charge and come and collect it later in the day. Great! "

"Very convenient location. Budget . Cocoon design no window. Slept well cos room is down the hall, very quiet. Booked Two twin beds . Lack amenities like hangers , hooks and hairdryer. But offer a beauty room same floor for hairdryer. 10 lbs for delivery to your room Overall staff are nice . Good location. I paid extra for early check in and late check out. Extra 90 lbs Baggage fee is 15 lbs per bag cheaper than doing storage"

"The staff were very friendly and genuinely interested in what we were doing during our stay. Check-in and check out was very easy. The standard room was very large compared to other hotels and everything was very clean."

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "
