"Lovely"

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"We had a flying visit due to attending a concert at Wembley so wasn’t able to take advantage of the hotel other than to sleep. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We booked the entry level room as knew we wouldn’t be spending much time in it. It was small but not unmanageable. Would definitely stay again."

"Our air conditioner did not work, our room was very hot. The maintenance came to fix it at least 4 times, they ended up giving us a very loud Dyson floor standing unit to help cool the room, the day before we left it started to get better. No one seamed to care."

"One of the best - if not the best - hotels we've ever stayed at. It was absolutely flawless on our second visit as well. Two minor remarks: changing towels a little less often would certainly be more environmentally friendly, and the breakfast service could use a little fine-tuning, i.e. waiting times for coffee and tea. The quality of the breakfast, yet, makes up for that. A very unique, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed hotel with outstanding staff."

"Modern, boutique hotel in the absolute center of central London. Staff went out of their way to make our stay great. A little pricey but in this case worth it. Walking distance to so many iconic landmarks and the Tube. Breakfast offered was outstanding. I loved the vibe of this hotel. Staff offered restaurant recommendations that were spot on. The mini fridge was stocked with drinks and part of the amenities. Shower was a bit small but not bad. We loved the quietness of the double paned windows...

"We stayed here for one week, from Friday to Friday. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service and were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was never repaired during our entire stay. It appeared to be an ongoing issue that was not disclosed before our arrival. Housekeeping was also very limited. During the week, the room was cleaned only once and towels were replaced once. The bed sheets were never changed. The air conditioning did not work...
