"Location, location, location! The hotel is a block from Trafalgar square and walkable to many of the key sites. It's walkable to shopping, restaurants, buses, the tube, hop on and hop off buses. The staff is very friendly and provided great suggestions to restaurants and sites to see. The hotel is very clean and has a washing machine at no charge for guests to use. I would definitely stay again at the hotel for my next trip to London."

They truly go above and beyond with their helpfulness and kindness. Keith, Ahmed, and the rest of the team are so lovely and helpful, and make the trip so special. This is my family’s 4th stay, and we cannot wait to go back. "
