The hotel is perfectly located and an easy walk to shopping, dining and theaters. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. We had a superb stay.
So lovely, comfortable and welcoming, you never want to leave. Location is easy walking from shopping, theater, great restaurants. Rooms are charming and beds are dreamy. Staff is friendly and helpful, from advice on restaurants to getting you a taxi. The large library is wonderful for socializing, reading or ordering a cup of tea.
We go to London often and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at. The location is perfect! The staff was so kind to us, we felt like royalty, and took care of our every need. The rooms are spacious with beautiful furnishings and the bathrooms were heavenly. There is also a drawing room with an honor bar that is just for hotel guests and it was absolutely lovely!
This was an absolute gem in the beautiful Covent Garden area of London! We were overwhelmed with the friendliness of every staff member we encountered and the attention to detail every day of our stay in our room and throughout the hotel. It was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the concierge was more than happy to help us make arrangements or answer questions about other restaurants and things to do in the city. It was our first trip to London, and we look forward to making this special hotel our home base when we have an opportunity to visit again!
The Covent was quite incredible with a perfectly tuned staff and amenities worth the ratings and reviews. A convenient location in the heart of London's Theater district makes this hotel a must for those looking for an option in this part of London!

Loved our night here for my 50th birthday. Staff was fantastic and accommodating. We love the vibe in the bar / restaurant and the 1st floor living room area.
This is a truly excellent hotel. The customer service is perfect, the restaurant is great, the location wonderful for theatre and shows, shopping and dining. Beautiful rooms, quiet within the hotel and everything on your doorstep. This is a small hotel by most standards, but this adds to the charm. Decorated to the highest standards and service you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else without the snobby air of larger hotels. If you have the option to stay here, please do!
Very convenient for Central venues, theatre's etc. Friendly staff. Checking in and out was a little slow and our room didn't have tea-making facilities but they were provided on request. Bed was rather too hard for our tastes but he pillows were brilliant. Food was unexceptional.
We stayed at the Covent Garden Hotel for five nights in January, 2024. This is a spectacular hotel; sumptuous accommodations, friendly, knowledgeable staff and an amazing restaurant. The staff knew us by name from our first check in and were so helpful in providing directions and suggestions. This was a great location with lots to do and see within walking distance plus easy access to the Underground. Our room was on the second floor, very quiet, comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast included and took advantage of the buffet each morning, just wonderful. We had dinner at Max Brassiere twice, amazing food, service and ambience, an excellent value. Can’t wait to return.
The Covent Garden Hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful. I like that they always knew my name and they were very polite. Breakfast at Brassiere Max was delicious. I had the full English. The room was a deluxe but I did not have a view. There was scaffolding and tarp over the windows and it made the room very dark. The shower had nice pressure and everything was in good working order. The bed was very comfortable and they gave me a small bottle of fabric mist that was delightful. The only problem was that there were some additional charges including the water bottles in the room which I found high unusual to charge for the water in a 5 star hotel. Also, I found out that my sister requested a small birthday surprise and she later told me that cost an additional £100+. But as long as you are not turned off by all the additional charges at a 5 star hotel with an already high rate per night, you will love it. The location is very nice too. It’s in the Seven Dails a cross from Neal’s Yard and area near covent garden, soho and Chinatown. It’s a very busy place with lots to do.
Rooms where very clean, staff was very attentive and great amenities. It’s located perfectly to most attractions, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We would come back again.
