"The room was very nice and clean, staff was always friendly and helpful!"

"Good experience. Caring staff"

"Exceptional hotel clean nice and tidy"

" The hotel is overall good being modern n clean looking with a touch of class. Location is ok with Shiodome odeo line being under the same roof nearby n the Ginza Asakusa line bit further away. The smaller rooms are tight but there are larger ones. It has everything u need with Japanese clinical efficiency. It felt a bit robotic. A negative would be their strict check out policy. I wanted to check out at 12pm instead of 11am..non nego 2k yen.. "Even if u stay 10 nights said the night...

"トイレの設備に不備があったが　速やかにに修理してもらいました。スタッフの積極もとても良かったです。"

"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. "Excellent service, clean, organized, professional staff and kind. Very helpful, Seto was an amazing person who helped me a lot and the lady who helped me the last day did not remember her name. Breakfast excellent. Pleasant and sweet. Book do not think twice it’s few steps from the train station, stores and restaurants."

"Convenient spot with a 7-11 literally right downstairs. Ginza line exit-6, 50 ft away. With only two normal operation elevators and one shared with staff, the wait can take longer than usual. Three washer-dryer combo units for the laundry room, gets busy on peak days. Entrance to the hotel can be tricky because lounge and reception is on the third floor and I had to take a second look to spot it on the street level. Rooms are very quiet, at least for the one I received. Suites that are...

"とても清潔で、スタッフの対応も丁寧で、朝食も美味しくいただきました。"

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"A dream location, quiet and central to everything. The staff was amazing, and helpful with luggage transfer. The room was/stayed immaculate and the bed and shower were some of the best we’ve ever had."
