"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"Good value for a stay for my family of 4. I rented a car and needed parking and wanted to be close Shinjuku. Mejiro is a short train ride to Shinjuku and hotel is short walk to Mejiro station. Parking lots nearby but hotel did not have its own parking. The Grace room was very big with 4 single beds with only downside being the small windows. Hotel is old but the bathroom had been renovated. Beds were comfortable with great duvet and decent pillows. Laundry room had new washer&dryer machines....

"The hotel is so clean. Our room was comfortable but not very big. They may have larger rooms, we booked one with two twin beds. It was nice that there was a mini fridge. Walking to Sunshine City Mall was quick and easy. Actually, it was easy to walk pretty much everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and helpful. We didn't add the breakfast buffet when we booked our rooms because we weren't sure if we would use it. It was quick to go to the desk and purchase tickets....

"Perfect location next to Ikebukuro Station. 2 Family Marts and a 711 super close. Great restaurants everywhere and an all day buffet at hotel across the street. Typical older business hotel, which is to say that it's very small but has everything you need. In my room was a TV, Air Conditioner, hot pot with tea, slippers and free WiFi."
