"This hotel is very friendly to foreigners. The rooms are small but very cozy so we opted for 2 rooms for 4 people. There’s 2 convenient stores, a self service currency exchange machine, a self-service coin laundry, tons of restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, walking distance to the Shinjuku Train/Metro station but far enough away from the crowds of rush hours. Etc. etc. It is also a main dropoff/pickup stop for the Airport Limousine Bus so it’s easy to get to and from Narita and Haneda Airports. "

The location is excellent, just steps away from the train station and shopping, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight with delicious food and plenty of great choices to start each day. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay that we truly enjoyed!"
