"Super great location, the logo on top of building helped us find our way back sometimes as the streets looked familiar. Family Mart, Watson, Starbucks, and Ipputo ramen within a minute. Staff very friendly. We chose no breakfast as we wanted to eat other things nearby. Room on small side in terms of space to open luggage and wish room can be brighter but this is similar to many other hotels in Tokyo."

Lovely and best Japanese garden! All restaurants onsite take advantage of garden views/waterfalls. Spa/swimming pool very nice. "

"This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent."
