"Lovely hotel, beautiful linens. Staff outstanding.
Location for staying put or travel couldn’t be improved. Subway is below the hotel, restaurants, shops and surprisingly a serene atmosphere outside the hotel. I felt was the area for makeup and hair wasn’t large enough and drawer space was sparse. Lovely window treatments (automatic) with outstanding blackout."

"The staff there are all really nice and helpful. The daily snack and drinks offering was good. The room was a lot smaller than imagined and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. I also saw a dead roach by the lobby bathroom area. For the price I paid, I wouldn’t stay here again. It cost the same as the newer apartment style hotels."

The hotel is overall good being modern n clean looking with a touch of class. Location is ok with Shiodome odeo line being under the same roof nearby n the Ginza Asakusa line bit further away. The smaller rooms are tight but there are larger ones. It has everything u need with Japanese clinical efficiency. It felt a bit robotic. A negative would be their strict check out policy.
