"This property was excellent, better than photos reveal. Everything was in great shape and the property provided some toiletries as well. 2 toilets and 2 showers were very convenient, and the property was in close proximity to 7-11 and Kyoto station. Great!"

"Wonderful clean, spacious and beautiful apartment! Staff all very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for Shinkansen and Toji temple was a must visit. Busy road but not a problem and didn’t stop us sleeping very well. Would recommend!! "I didn't realise this was a love hotel before booking, and probably wouldn't have booked it if we'd known. What a mistake that would have been apart from the talking point back home. "We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this hotel. We would highly recommend this location and will come back again if we travel to Kyoto in the future. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a mix of traditional and modern design. The bed was comfortable, and all the small amenities such as slippers and robes were high quality. The staff was very friendly and made the whole process seamless. The location of the hotel is great since it's in a quiet area but only one stop away from Kyoto...
