Also you are not allowed to have food or drink in the room. So if you want a cup of tea/coffee, or food, it has to be upstairs in the kitchen. Very inconvenient. "I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "The property is in a great location with a ton of sites within a 10 minutes walking radius. The property is very professionally run. The daily housekeeping is wonderful, it is nice to come back to a clean room. The onsite housekeeping staff was always very cordial and helpful. The Nespresso machine is a wonderful touch, a tasty cup of coffee to start the day, and they refill all the snacks everyday!"
