"Clean warm comfortable ensuite room with a handy little kitchen - we didn't use all the facilities but it was very useful to have a fridge and breakfast bar and the shower was great . Considering it was just off a main road and so close to the Thameslink it was a nice quiet street and we slept very well . "We had a nice couple of nights in this charming pub/hotel. Our room was on the top floor so quite a few stairs, but that wasn’t really an inside for us. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The food served in the pub was delicious, we would definitely return in the future. "

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"Martel Guest House was a wonderful place to stay. We had a friendly welcome and communication was easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a great location and only a short walk to the Underground station making it very easy to get around. "Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments.
