"Bathroom wa sa very small wet room, which flooded the bedroom floor! Lucky there was nothing of mine on the floor that could have been ruined. Consequence of a tiny wetr9om is that the toilet is completely soaked after using the shower. The room was extremely noisy, even with powerful earplugs. I think there was either a band on until fairly late, or very loud music. "

"This hotel was a great base for our London exploration. It's close to a number of good restaurants as well as tube stations. It's clean. The room was spacious. Really no complaints to speak of. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Vancouver. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always making sure I felt taken care of. The location is fantastic- few minutes walk to 2 different metro stations and bus stops, but in my garden-facing room it was quiet and had a nice view and fresh air. The room was tidy, as it looked in the photos and was very comfortable. For the price I felt the value of location, stylish room and kitchenette was excellent and felt like home. Shower was cozy, but great hot water...

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"We stayed here for 10 days as a family of 3. The accomodation was everything we needed. They have a washing machine and dryer that you can you use free of charge which is fantastic. The accomodation is in a lovely area and walking distance to the Paddington train station, food outlets. Would definitely stay here again. "
