Lovely place to stay. So safe and secure. Cleanliness was mid in terms of floors and some hairs on bath mat but otherwise no issues. Bedding clean and all kitchen work spaces and utensils clean. Lovely amenities definitely will come again!

Probably my favourite place I've stayed especially being so central in London it literally had everything and was so fancy. I felt like I'd walked into like a beach hotel in Hawaii somewhere it was magical. The staff were super friendly, the place was so clean and really well decorated it was very unique. We loved it so much we booked another night, luckily they had space so we could stay. We even tried the Reformer pilates class on Saturday morning which was great. The pool was also lovely, we just felt like we were in some other place the whole time we were there. The changing rooms are all gender and there's only 3 pool loungers that's the only thing I would say. If it was busy you wouldn't have anywhere to put your things. But all towels were provided, the gym was great and on the 10th floor there was a full kitchen for guests to use. It was brilliant coffee machine, fridges, ovens and stoves. I will definitely be back and recommending to everyone i know. Thanks for our lovely stay 😊

We really struggled to find the hotel. The reception had clothing and things for sale so we thought it was a shop, didn’t realise it was the hotel reception as there was no signage. When we returned after our concert the area to the reception was shut off and, us and a group of other guests were stuck outside.Tried buzzing but the coms wouldn’t work. Was very frustrating!!! There was conditioner and hand and body wash but no shampoo or hairdryer, so I couldn’t wash my hair.

This hotel looks amazing but has some major teething issues. The air con and tv dont work and when you speak to staff they act surprised however, after reading reviews when we checked out, this has been an issue since March. The reception staff do seem lovely but they need training in customer service, the don’t care attitude doesn’t work in a hotel, customers should really get what they paid for or at least an apology and we don’t feel we did. The room was noisy (thin walls) and tv didn’t work. When you’re so hot you can’t sleep for 3 days and no alternative is offered it’s frustrating. The last whinge is the signage. Firstly it’s expected you know where the property is, there’s a tiny sign on the outside of the building and google maps takes you to the apartment building opposite. Then the signage inside the property is poor. Your also expected to know that you need card/keys to get anywhere including using the lift, no one on reception told us any of this or directed us to where the lifts are, and it’s not obvious. Once they get some training and sort the air con out this can be a nice place, for now though we can only leave frustrated and disappointed in the hotel which is a shame.

This is a very new hotel and we loved our stay. It’s very stylish, has fantastic amenities - the gym, sauna, steam room and pool are fantastic. Close to Portobello Road, and next to the canal, the tube station is 5 minutes walk and therefore very easy to get into the city centre. We will definitely be back, it’s such a great hotel and we immediately felt at home. Our room had a kitchen and all the facilities you needed, and I really appreciated the ground coffee and milk supplied. Just hope they don’t put the prices up once word goes around how great this hotel is…!
