"As regular customers of Dakota Leeds, Manchester and Edinburgh we had been looking forward to staying at Dakota Newcastle to celebrate our anniversary. "One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Been here several times over the years and the staff are always super friendly and helpful, the amenities are great, and there's always plenty of space to park the car. The rooms are spacious with a good living area and nice beds."

"The rooms were cold even with the heating on, the quilts were like tissue paper. My room was a bit run down with scuffs etc on the walls and small holes in the curtains that let the light through early morning. The car park they recommend is at least a 10 minute walk away if you walk fast. Not sure they really think about disabled guests re parking. On returning at night we were stopped at the door and asked for our name and room number and ticked off a list. I couldn’t bring my friend up to...
