"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"On the edge of Stratford. Friendly welcome.Smart decor and mini- room was well equipped and ideal for an overnight. Sadly, there was no hot water. Advised reception on way out at 5pm. Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left. Problem remained upto leaving at 9am. "The hotel was in great location for us, as we went to a concert at the Stadium of London. Parking was easy. We had a room for 4, the price was great. The room had everything we needed, including air con. Which was very much needed as it had been a very warm week. Would stay again"

Had booked a twin room, which I had not realised was windowless, however, it was fine for our needs of an overnight stay, and the air conditioning worked well! The room was modern, very clean and well appointed, albeit very small, however there were coffee making facilities and they provided two bottles of water for free. The bathroom was very small, but again very clean, and the shower was powerful. ...

There were toenails on the carpet which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The shower took some time to get hot and then stayed warm for a few minutes before going cold.
