"The room was spotless and the staff even under the stress of the fire alarm going off and locking the entrance to the stairs or lift, still delivered. If you work in customer services where can happen that you have not prepared yourself for and still stay calm. I give them 5/5"

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"Convenient , walking distance from Train Station. Bed can be improve not comfortable, also response on Phone is fail. Addition my 3rd night without Towel given, even go down to Reception to inform, end up also Fail, "

"Excellent location for access to ABBA Voyager. Accepted bags before check in time so could go and explore surrounding facilities. Very helpful, friendly staff especially at breakfast who kept area clean and all items topped up. Room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Liked position of sockets (beside beds) so convenient for charging phone after full long day of use as still using plug in charging! Didn’t use parking but only short walk to station, bus station etc"
