"Clean tidy and spacious "

"The hotel stay was fantastic. Its prime location next to Stratford Westfield meant easy access to shops, food and groceries. The hotel itself was clean and elegant with very comfortable rooms featuring great sheets and bedding. The bathroom was also lovely. The lobby was lovely and had a great atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Breakfast was overpriced and could have been better."

The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. "Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "

"Room was okay overall, but the bathroom really let the stay down. The tap clearly needs replacing, and the shower only sprayed a fine mist of water — I understand it’s probably designed to save water, but it meant my shower took about four times longer than usual. "Clean room and bed sheets, soft towels. There's shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (it's a big plus for me, finally not the 3-in-1 gel I find in many hotels). There's a kettle, coffee, milk, and sugar in the room as well as a hair dryer. The condition of the walls (paint) is not great but apart from that the room was good. "Decent hotel and nice design for the price. Walls are thins and sound travels from adjacent rooms. "

"The room was adequate as I was only staying for one night. There was a ceiling fan which was needed as the central heating was on quite high. The one negative with the room was that the shower wasn't very warm. Also the secure parking on sight costs an additional £10."
