"Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Westbridge Hotel for a weekend. The rooms were lovely , the lounge and bar area very relaxing and all the staff were so great. Used it to access ExCel which is a 20 minute or so bus ride away and very convenient. My room faced away from street and was super quiet and peacefu."

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"Good room, great bathroom products, helpful staff, great breakfast buffet."

"De wastafel was niet goed schoon. Verder was alles echt prima."

"Great spot. Clean room. Sinks were all stuck. No toothpaste or extra soap in rooms at all."

"Zufrieden"

"It was convenient for where we needed to be. Staff were very nice. Room was ok, just an older building."

Ceiling fan in bathroom didn’t work. Shelf unit in shower missing its bottom part (no longer a shelf, just a bracket). Shower head won’t stay in position. Food no longer being served on premises. The tv was slow to load shows (so slow I gave up waiting). Laundry bags sat in stairway landing for two...

"The stay in this quirky pub, all shabby chic was good for the price in London. The staff via the quirky pub were lovely, so accommodating when asking for extra milk & tea bags for the room. I did make the .mistake of not realizing there were shared toilets & shower/bath facilities with other rooms which I would not have originally chosen on booking. The room was generally ok. There were drafts coming from the windows however, we had to ask for more towels, the cups for tea definitely needed to...

"The choice at breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, on the Thursday evening my brother, who is a vegetarian, could not have the 4 Cheese pizza so he had another choice but didn't have to pay the extra cost."
