"Daniel on the front desk was amazing, there was also a young lady who helped us with our air conditioning as we were having problems, she then went out of her way to bring us a fan and a bucket of ice for our drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them. Daniel had me in stitches, absolutely cracking personality."

"The hotel is in excellent location and conditions. Staff are very nice. Things to improve: 1. The wifi doesn't work properly. 2. The blackout blinds are nit suitable to block the daylight. 3. Only one elevator working for a big hotel with 8 floors and around 28 room on each floor/storey."

"Everything was very good except check-in. The hotel is very clean and very central. I was informed that I would receive a link the day before arrival, but I did not. On the check-in date I tried to contact the property, bu received no ansewer for over 3 hours. The listed phone number was wrong. I came to the hotel and stood outside having no idea what to do. After a while, a representative of the property came ut to me and checked me in."

"Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook.
