"They took a £50 deposit from my CC instead of putting a hold on it and had to chase them up to return it. Was told by the bar staff I couldn’t have a glass of wine only beer but they then served a lady wine a few minutes later. Then they rang my room in the early hours and said I’d requested an alarm call which I didn’t. Won’t be staying here again."

"The hotel is in excellent location and conditions. Staff are very nice. Things to improve: 1. The wifi doesn't work properly. 2. The blackout blinds are nit suitable to block the daylight. 3. Only one elevator working for a big hotel with 8 floors and around 28 room on each floor/storey."

"Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook.
