"Dave is so friendly and helpful. As the notice at reception says, "arrive as strangers, leave as friends". He and Colette (who helps with rooms, etc) showed me how to get around unfamiliar travel systems (easy when you know how!) Breakfasts were good, often accompanied by good chats. "Stayed here for one night. Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from Lime Street station and roughly 5 minutes from the main city centre. Room was ok sized, did the job. Impressed with the fact that they had Sky and all the premium channels which is something you do not see at a hotel. My only issue was the fact the curtains don’t close all the way so light does come in. Would come back here to stay."

"Very cold no heating had to ask then ask again They let us in to room early but it had not been cleaned so Covid is a bad risk as not been disaffected so would have rather left our stuff in the car until later"

"The apartment was comfortable, the kitchenette was suficient for quick meals and had most things we needed. The location is perfect as we covered most places we wanted to visit within 15-20 min walking distance, including Liverpool Lime Street train station."

"Room was on the basement floor with no natural lighting. The shower backed up and flooded. Shower wasn’t very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and hanging off the wall. For the cost, it was disappointing. The staff were very lovely."
