Friendly hotel

Very nice friendly hotel. All the staff were really helpful and the well decorated bedroom had a comfy bed and pillows. Nice clean bathroom and the breakfast was first rate, so would definitely stay at the Royal again.

The hotel may not be classed as a 3 star but everything else about the hotel was definitely was and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Also a mention for James for going over and above to help. The area of Waterloo has some interesting history and sights 😀

The staff were fantastic and accommodating. The hotel is unique but right on the water, along with South Road having loads of restaurants and pubs right around the corner. Also its proximity to Mersey Rail and 20min ride into city center in Liverpool is great.

This property is in a strategically wonderful location. By the beach and south road with tons of restaurants and pubs if you feel like sticking around the hotel. It’s also 8mins walk from Waterloo Station which can get you into Liverpool City Center in 20mins. All around great place to stay with an amazing breakfast menu and great staff

Excellent hotel, friendly and welcoming staff, only took willing to help. Great food and drink at very reasonable prices.Booked up again before we left to come back in June.
