"I’ve stayed here many times before. In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my visits to Liverpool. It’s in a great location, not too far away from the city centre. "Daniel on the front desk was amazing, there was also a young lady who helped us with our air conditioning as we were having problems, she then went out of her way to bring us a fan and a bucket of ice for our drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them. Daniel had me in stitches, absolutely cracking personality."

"Everything was very good except check-in. The hotel is very clean and very central. I was informed that I would receive a link the day before arrival, but I did not. On the check-in date I tried to contact the property, bu received no ansewer for over 3 hours. The listed phone number was wrong. I came to the hotel and stood outside having no idea what to do. After a while, a representative of the property came ut to me and checked me in."
