"The George Townhouse was surprisingly fantastic. We loved our brief stay. The only thing we found it a little hot. If we were there for longer we’d have asked about fans but the staff were so helpful I’m sure they’d have arranged something. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Staff very friendly and welcoming, always greeted you when you entered. Good facilities for self catering. Rooms a little dated but clean. Good quality bunk beds-not rickety or squeaky. Only negative I would say is the sheets aren’t big enough for the bed-even someone who sleeps like a corpse wouldn’t be able to keep it on the mattress. Overall happy with my experience here and would recommend!"

"The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. "

"We had a ground floor room with patio which was perfect for our dog. First day our room had not been serviced, but next 2 days it was all fine. We ate in the restaurant onthe first afternoon which was very good. Service was excellent as well. Very good breakfast. Nice & close to Stratford on Avon."
