"I loved this hotel! Great for families, great staff, they have an option for breakfast. Lots of convenience stores, close to almost everything & train station is close"
"The location was great, it was walking distance from Shinsaibashi to shop or take the metro anywhere south. And was also close to a metro station to go anywhere north. The amenities were great, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a bit small but that is the norm in Japan, but other than that the room was great. The sights from outside the hotel were also very pretty. Would definitely recommend."
"Such a great hotel to start our Japan trip. Very supportive and the amenities are outstanding. No need to worry about anything while we got used to navigating the city. Highly recommend!"

"My partner and I stayed here for 12 nights. The deluxe non-smoking room was small but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They spoke some English. We had an issue with our AC in the room and they could not fix it so they moved us to a standard room which was smaller but again, fulfilled our needs. And the refunded the difference. The best thing about the hotel is the location. We are right above a subway station which made transportation very simple. We were also close to Dotonbori, about a 15 minute walk. If we go back to Osaka, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
"Everything was efficient and clean. Just was confused by the system where they leave supplies at your door, like where to put dirty towels if fresh ones are left at the door. The lifts get crowded."
"Hotel location is very central to things with an AEON supermarket just a block away.and a 7/11 a couple of shops away and nipponbashi station is only 7 mins walk. "
