"Exceptionally clean throughout, very courteous and friendly staff. Points off for lack of communication. The resort is quite spread out, we had to ask for a map because the website map was hard to find. Activities lists were on the room tv but, again, contained no details. Our personal concierge lost a restaurant reservation."

Although it was good the options for vegetarians are very limited. Also getting reservations for restaurants was very hard. They take reservations only 3 days in advance and most of the time everything is full. So food wise I would definitely like to see better arrangements.
