"Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities. "Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything.
