The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend to anyone but especially Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The free spa was a huge perk. "

"Very clean and elegant. Excellent staff, very friendly and eager to accommodate. Breakfast was great, with traditional and healthy options (bacon & eggs, yogurt & Granola, fresh juices, etc). Rooms were clean and beautifully designed, with exposed brick exterior and high ceilings. Shower was amazing with high pressure. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. "We had a very comfortable stay, property is new and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Onsite laundry facility with washer and dryer was very helpful. We loved our stay, it is located very close to Arno which makes for a picturesque evening stroll. "

"From the outside this 4 star hotel does not look like what it is, a very nice and comfortable hotel. Friendly people at the reception. But, this hotel might have the best breakfast in Florence! Everything is handmade, none of the cheap crap in plastic you find many places in Italy. And the quality of what you get us amazing! And the staff are so dedicated. Highly recommended. "
