"Location was great and close to transportation, dining, and shopping. The hotel was nice and there was always staff at the desk and in the lobby for greeting or questions. There was always water and drinks in the lobby as well. Room was very nice and quiet. All around great experience."

The daily happy hour brought many of the guests together for great ideas and stories that helped make the most out of our trip to London. "Excellent location, 5-10 min walk to lots of attractions.Spotlessly clean, suprisingly quiet. Perfect for three adults. Bed v comfortable, bathroom v clean. Felt safe, our contact Kara was v helpful via Whatsapp as my phone not great. Finally it had been a few years since visiting this area of London and I felt safe walking about as plenty of police and security about. Highly recommend Spoons on Leicester Square,the Italian Restaurant below the appartment.My wife,daughter and I visited the KU...

"These guys are really good - the service and front desk team are what makes this a great hotel. Fantastic service. Reminded to any issue w the customer at the fore front of approach. One thing if you are a light sleeper try and avoid the rooms that face the street as there is a lot of action out there w a cloud in front. The upper rooms out of the main building are the coolest so try those they are amazing."

"2 Adults and 1 Teen. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. Was great for us to have that extra space and privacy. NOTE: The washroom is in the bedroom.....so teen had to sneak to the washroom thr9ough our bedroom in the night. No big deal...just something to be aware of. Nespresso and fridge was great to have. Close the Tube and Bus Stops. 10 min walk to Covent Gardens. Our bed was great, Teens not so much (pull out sofa). Recommend for people looking for the extra space/privacy. "
