The sustainability option was used on the door for no cleaning but then staff still came in unexpectedly and didn’t love that. We would have put our belongings away had we known staff would enter. "

The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and gave us great recommendations for the area. We did have an air conditioner issue but the staff got it fixed for us while we were out. There are some great shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is conveniently located to bus and underground transportation which helped us on our travels."
