"Basically perfect for sleeping. Even during a massive heatwave, the pod is cool and dark. The importance of this can not be overstated :'). The only negative is that it's somewhat awkward to manage luggage. If I hadn't been visiting London on the back of a 3 week trip and had had my usual light carry-on for business travel, this would have been no issue."

"We have stayed at the Bedford marines over a number of years. As always, everything was perfectly acceptable. We were worried that our rooms were going to be too hot during the heatwave, but the addition of fans in the rooms this year ensured that this was not the case. Garden view rooms are best, as they are much quieter than those at the front. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and lovely helpful staff! Hotel is in a good location - walking distance to Euston station, Covent Garden etc. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I felt like I was walking g into a five star hotel! The staff was so nice and helpful and booked me a car to the airport right away. I had to turn the air conditioning down because it worked so well the room was cold! Although the room was small, just as advertised, it was perfect for me. Very clean. The shower was awesome with both a hand and rain shower heads and plenty of pressure and the towels were huge and fluffy. Had a n espresso maker for an early morning. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. It’s close to everything! Walked everywhere. Tons of restaurants, bars theater and shopping."

"My family of four recently stayed at Z Hotel Covent Garden for three dreamy nights in which we completely fell in love with London. We had the loveliest stay at Z Hotel Covent Garden, with a calm, reflective, blossoming churchyard just outside the door, and steps from the bustling Covent Garden shops, stalls, and restaurants--and centrally located in ways that everything feels walkable, pleasantly so (even during a heatwave!), including the tube stops for easy travel beyond the area. I would have written such a review even *before* I accidentally left behind some personal items, but my estimation of this hotel has risen all the more, given that staff managed to find and package up precious items that I had forgotten in our haste to catch our morning transportation. After our trip, I exchanged numerous messages with Z Hotel staff, and they were incredibly gracious, supportive, compassionate, and swift in assuring me that they'd found what I'd lost and could send it to me immediately. I am particularly grateful to Ajith, Juned, Wing, and Mohith, for going the extra mile during our stay and beyond. I searched high and low for a well-reviewed hotel with large enough rooms for family in a central location at a reasonable price, and Z Hotel Covent Garden exceeded my expectations. Our air-conditioned room (for four) was cozy, and our kids loved the double bunk. Look no further than here."
